oklj ("we", "us", "the Company") is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the oklj online gaming platform accessible at oklj.vip and any associated interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

7. Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming patterns for indicators of problem gambling, to administer self-exclusion requests, and to enforce deposit and loss limits set by the Player or required by regulation.
8. Service Improvement and Analytics: To analyse Platform usage patterns at an aggregate level to improve game selection, interface design, and overall user experience. Analytics data is processed in anonymised or pseudonymised form where possible.
9. Marketing Communications: To send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about oklj to Players who have opted in to marketing communications. You may opt out at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings.

• Payment Processors: GCash (operated by Mynt), Maya (operated by Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive the minimum data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These entities operate under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulation.
• KYC Verification Providers: Identity document verification and age verification may be handled by accredited third-party KYC service providers engaged by oklj. Such providers process data solely on oklj's behalf under data processing agreements.
• Game Studio Partners: Certified game providers whose titles are hosted on the oklj Platform receive session and wagering data necessary for game operation and RNG audit purposes. oklj does not share unnecessary identity data with game studios.

7. Data Retention

oklj retains personal data for the periods set out below, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active oklj account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, consistent with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended).
• Transaction and Gaming Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction or gaming session, consistent with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction.

Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet and no data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. oklj will notify affected Players and the National Privacy Commission in the event of a personal data breach in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable NPC breach notification rules.

10. Children & Minors

The oklj Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to licensed online gaming operators. oklj does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If oklj becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted or permanently anonymised to the extent permitted by applicable law, and any deposits or balances held will be returned to the payment source used.
