Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. oklj targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 20 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals following verification approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard banking processing times of 1–3 business days. oklj does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to payment processors or banking infrastructure.
oklj reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of the applicable review.

The oklj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oklj expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
oklj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, oklj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if oklj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
oklj's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your oklj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. oklj does not guarantee winnings. Past game outcomes are not indicative of future results. You confirm that you participate in gaming on the oklj Platform voluntarily and exclusively with funds you can afford to lose.
oklj reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, oklj reserves the right to void pending and historical wagers and to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player breach (for example, voluntary closure), oklj will process any verified remaining balance to the Player's designated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your oklj account at any time by contacting oklj customer support. Nothing in this clause shall prevent oklj from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with oklj's Privacy Policy and any applicable Promotion Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and oklj with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
